Let go. Immerse. Revive.

Landing together at the perfect time to offset the winds of Vata (anxiety, indecision, and frenetic energy). We will practice resilience and grounding, growing our roots deeply into the soil to withstand the autumn storms. Our nervous systems will receive balms of healing and calm, our adrenals restocked and our souls rejuvenated once again. 

Energizing morning yoga will awaken us powerfully, complemented by Restorative Yoga later in the day. Our days will offer stimulating philosophical and Ayurvedic conversations, plus copious amounts of play and rest as we remember ourselves as sacred.

May this retreat be a pause in which we all regroup, let go and begin the process of building a new sustainable way of living. Give yourself the gift of time to sit with all that the recent disruption has brought into light. Digest. Get clear. Give space for your wisest Self to speak.

A note about the sanctuary of this experience….

Daily Yoga practices, suitable for all levels. Unbelievably delicious and nourishing food, made with love by Greg…. All situated at the magnificent Northern Edge Algonquin… 3 hours north of Toronto in a quiet corner of Algonquin Park, we will remember ourselves to stunning nature and the harmony of its rhythms.

The agenda will hold you but not crowd you. You will have time to sit, time to walk, time to let go of all that you have been asked to hold.

The cost of the 4 day/3 night retreat starts at $1200 but varies according to the accommodation that you choose.

HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR 4 DAY RETREAT INCLUDE:

  • Nestled in the arms of Northern Edge Algonquin, we will have time and space.

  • Nourishing food created by Greg, sourced by local farms and suppliers.

  • Yoga at your own pace, led by Allie Chisholm-Smith. Designed to gently transform your worry and anxiety, build foundation, stability, and resilience in both gentle and restorative styles, focused on breathing practices and movement designed to build Ojas (Immunity, foundation and resilience).

  • Daily conversations through the lens of the philosophies of Ayurveda and yoga. We might talk about how to work and worry less, strategies on anxiety reduction, and learn more about ourselves and our planet.

  • Time for you to play, paddle, walk, write, nap and create.

  • Our evenings might include a bonfire, a sauna or stargazing (maybe even with some drums or singing bowls)
