Embodying yogic and Ayurvedic philosophies and practices allow us to surf instead of drown – stay closer to the fulcrum of the teeter-totter rather than hanging onto the rails at either end. This is the work of the Curious Yogi.

This membership is divided into three seasons as a reflection of Ayurvedic doshas and cycles . Kapha season governs late winter and spring, Pitta summer and Vata autumn and early winter. The doshas are comprised of 2 elements each.

You are dominant in one and likely 2 of these doshas and elements. This means you have a penchant for going out of balance at certain times of the year. You also have an innate superpower based on these elements you are meant to bring into this world. That’s right; your downfall might also be your greatest strength.

During the seasons, I will share tips for dwelling at the fulcrum – ways of eating, things to do upon waking and throughout the day that will help you live a life of greater compassion which will lead you to a life of greater balance.
