The Program is comprised of a core curriculum and electives that you select based on your heartstrings. You have 3 years to accrue your 300 hours.

The core curriculum includes:

• Anatomy & Physiology of both physical and subtle bodies

• Analysis of postures, lesson plans, and assisting to augment the power of your teaching

• Philosophy and yoga lineage

• Coaching you to step into your true dharma

The electives include:

• Pre and post natal

• The Necessity of Touch, Yoga Assists

• Vinyasa Flow

• Kids & Teens yoga

• Restorative yoga (and hot stones)

• Yin yoga

• Running successful retreats, corporate events, and private sessions

• and many more!

In this mastery journey, you will be making a deep dive into texts like The Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads, and the Sutras.

You will research and discuss physical injuries and diseases while also looking into the connections to chakras, nadis, doshas, and koshas.

You will learn how to dissect any posture into its components so as to be able to teach to anyone at any time. You will have the dexterity to shift lesson plans on a dime as unexpected issues arise with your participants or (as happens) your life takes a different turn.

Your coach will be working with you to insure that you are staying on track with your soul’s highest desires and dreams. Your peers will support you to increase the timber in your voice as you step into your seat of mastery. The program will teach you how to run a business while doing this sacred work.

In the end, we practice yoga to know ourselves better so as to steward our lives with greater efficacy. This 300 Hour program is designed to bring you to the cave of your heart where you will light a fire to bring out into the world.
