A map to resilience and harmony within
When a tuning fork is first struck it has a frenetic rhythm to it as it tries to adapt to the impact. As it continues however, it becomes a clear note of harmonic resonance. This is the journey of Living Your OM. As impact after impact hits us in this raucous time of humanity, we are vibrating and trembling, lacking in the harmonic resonance that we were born to experience.
Our nervous systems are fraught. Our minds are taxed. Our bodies are struggling.
Through a process that I have honed over the past 30 years, you can come to your centre, and more importantly, you can learn how to spend more time there. Would you like to know how to recover more quickly from crises? Would it benefit you to understand what keeps tripping you up? Are you finding that you keep running into the same walls or even ceilings?
Let’s find out why and let’s find a way to move forward that is authentic and unique to you. Together, we can find that harmonic resonance that happens when you walk in your own shoes and speak from your truest voice.
Know your hum (Ayurvedic doshas and elements)
Figure out how to regulate it (using the elements as your greatest assets)
Do a 21 day reset to implement a whole health life and maintain it
Like all ecological systems, you carry a complex balance within you of all 5 elements. Earth makes up your bones, water your fluids, fire your digestive acids, air moves you, and finally ether contains you. This is the exact same setup for our planet and all that live on her. In fact, if you pan out to see the whole cosmos, you would see these 5 elements dancing together.
You have all of the same ingredients as the entire cosmos.
When these systems are functioning well – when there is whole health – we have an internal hum. I know you have felt it. I also know that you have felt when it is somehow interrupted or interfered with. Perhaps it was a trauma that rocked you out of your shoes. It might have been even more subtle though – a too rich meal, or one too many glasses of wine. The hum was altered and it took a while to get the synchronization back.
Lately I have referred to a yoga practice as an essential and selfish act. Essential because, if we are not selfish enough to reset our systems and heal, then we have no energy to selflessly help those in need. Moreover, if your ‘hum’ is not in sync, you throw off the ‘hum’ of those around you and arguably this ripples even further.
Getting your systems humming, living in whole health, enables you to do your work and others to do the same. Putting yourself first means that you can restore the energy needed to lead others to align and reset. It is holographic and powerful.
If this is sounding right to you, join me for a 9 week program to:
Know your hum (Ayurvedic doshas and elements)
Figure out how to regulate it (using the elements as your greatest assets)
Do a 21 day reset to implement a whole health life and maintain it
We will meet bi-weekly for group coaching sessions with opportunities to connect with others in the community throughout the program.
You will have easy to implement resources and information to play with and explore.
You are going to be invited into a compassionate yet clear relationship with yourself and your nervous system as the hub of whole health.
