The Practice Space

For classes, workshops and retreats. This is where you will find 21-day challenges and other fun ways to deepen your practice and have more ‘you’ time.

A subscription that offers you access to a very large library of recorded classes, 21 day challenges (20 minute practices), and short meditations.

Each practice will have a title and a description to illustrate the focus of the practice plus any props you might need.

Class Styles:

  • Deep & Delicious – a Moderate all-levels practice for challenging fascial work along with deeply compassionate methods.

  • Rest & Rebuild – All levels are welcome here. This class varies from slow and steady to deep and strong. Come prepared for kindness and encouragement.

  • Flex & Flow – This is my strongest class where you will go into more intense flows and postures but we still move slowly. Slow is the best way to get strong, healthy, and embodied.

  • Restorative Reset – A deeply healing practice with more breath than movement. Down regulation of the nervous system is our primary goal here so that the vagus nerve can activate and healing can begin. Great for those dealing with MVA, concussions, chronic pain and stress.
