Restorative (Audio Only) : An audio only series to give you a daily habit of rest and renewal. Each practice is 20 minutes in length.

Gentle (Video): A series to build a habit of gentleness and kindness. Great for beginners or those that want to take it easy. Each practice is 20 minutes in length.

All Levels (Video): These practices are designed to get you going in the morning. It is fine to do them at other times but they are most suited to a morning practice. Each practice contains about 15 minutes of Yoga, followed by 5 minutes of breathwork and/or meditation.

Moderate/Vigorous (Video): This is a more challenging 21 day series to get you working on your core and strength while also creating some good habits of rest. Each practice is 20 minutes in length.
