Let's do a deep unwind from all of this disruption and movement! We will move slowly with kindness but also a fierce love to support ourselves back to well-being. Many props and elongated rests to breathe into each pose will restock our inner shelves and rebuild our adrenals. Now that Vata season is upon us, let us ground, centre and heal.
